So this happened at work yesterday... The company that works next to us was offloading 2800 lbs of solar panels with a forklift when all of a sudden... BAMMM!!! Needless to say, that was only the beginning. Turns out the solar panel companies liability insurance was DROPPED (pun intended) by the insurance company due to, too many incidents. Happy Monday to me! Has anyone had anything like this happen to them? or have any recommendations?

dang, that sucks! Sorry you have to deal with this. What I’ve seen is that it may be in your insurance company’s court to negotiate a settlement with them, or they can sue them. Or worst case you would need to negotiate directly, and sue them yourself if they don’t want to fully compensate you.

Your company's insurance should take over, private property liability should cover that. Especially since you were on the job at the time...

Ouch!! Dam sorry to see that happen to you OP.

Like others have said, lawyer up. Act distraught, insane, sue for anxiety and insanity.

Looks like radiator(s) might have took a lick, hopefully only minor frame damage if any. Either way, it's gonna cost a LOT thanks to those stooges.

Wow that really sucks, hope that the solar company steps up to the plate and pays for all the damage.

Welcome to the forum! Great first post! I'd be so pissed they would need to call the fire department to cool me down!!!!! It doesn't matter that they got dropped on the insurance, they are responsible for that and worst case is you are now the owner of a solar panel company and can fire the dope who smashed your truck!
