Simple question... How often do you balance your tires and align your front end.. After every wheeling trip I take mine in. Never fails always seem to have a shimmy or vibration due to tires or alignment......

Mark the alignment cams on the lower control arm attachment points. If they move after a trail run, do an alignment. If the cams didn't move, the only way for alignment to drift is if something got bent.

Also check for a bent rim. The way most street-vehicle alignment racks are designed, a bent rim will throw the reading off very easily (i.e. you can roll the vehicle onto the rack three times and get three different readings). Serious racing teams replace the wheel with a flat aluminum plate when doing alignment: http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a256/bobcowan/platerotor.jpg

Just re-balanced at 15,500 miles. One tire is more pissed off then the other three.

Did think it was more of a tire balance issue. I mark my cams... Bfg's seem to get out of balance pretty easy

What kind of weights is the tire shop using? Could be getting flung off while wheeling.

What is this alignment you speak of. Never had one in 235k mi. Still tracks straight and true and tires ware normally. They should have a fun time pulling the front end apart for the frame swap:D
