    Turmeric is a good option to try.

    Try "MSM" methyl sulfonyl methane ~ and combine it with Vitamin C, even turmeric if you like.

    Stay properly hydrated with good distilled water out of glass.

    Anything will take some time to repair etc. Keep that in mind and do your homework on those things I mentioned..

    26 and half deaf from hunting because hearing protection wasn't "cool." Now I wear the amplified game ears and it's amazing how much I can hear with them in the duck blind.
