57% average risk, It's not that I'm speeding, It's because they are driving too slow.

according to that test, that would be enough. Texting is incredibly dangerous and being on the phone is barely better. Being that you've been in a non-faulted accident, that shouldn't really affect you but on that test it might.
It's mainly the texting/talking thing that KILLS you on that thing.

i dont think i care about my telephone convos to get that involved in them... id say the biggest distractions for me would be passengers and the radio

Yep, me too but I barely ever touch the ipod once it's going, shuffle and maybe the "next track" button but 99% of the time I never change it while driving and if I do I'm almost always stopped at a light or sign.
The thing didn't ask about passengers so we're both in the clear. :D

It's been scientifically tested that you can't give 100% of your attention to driving while on the phone, therefore making it one of the most dangerous things to do while driving. Same goes for texting. Here's a test: Try and remember everything you can from one show on TV while not on the phone. You'll notice that you pick up quite a bit. Now go and try it while one the phone. You'll either not comprehend what the person on the phone says, or you won't remember much at all from the TV show.

still not really buying it, b/c im not trying to listen to 2 different people just watch the road and be observant... so if i was watching the tv while on the phone i would see the explosion and know what was going on, might slow reaction time down a couple secs but thats all im buying
