How the hell am I supposed to fish this lake

Today me and a buddy did a last minute kayak trip to what we call "the trash pond". Its like a drainage pond for a strip mall, but it has a boat ramp with no real access (you have to jump a curb, then try to navigate backwards a twisty narrow trail). There are shopping carts, tvs, coconuts, and all sorts of things there.

But there are also fish in there, really healthy looking bass, most under 2lbs, there are also bluegill and crappie. The lake is decent sized (650ft X 960ft) but its 5 feet deep, thats it, just 5 feet everywhere. There is no structure, no weeds, no rocks, no logs, nothing...

I cant for the life of me figure out where I should be fishing here, I caught 13 bass and a crappie in about 2 feet of water about 10 feet off shore. There is nothing where we are catching them, its just mud... there is nothing anywhere in this lake but mud.
I also cant figure out where the crappie schools are, its just random when you get one.

 

Fan cast one area, move casting distance away from 1st spot, fan cast, lather rinse repeat. Crappie schools will wander when there is no cover/ gravel bottom.

 

We are going to be going back soon now that its frozen over and do some ice fishing. Should be interesting to see where everything is in the winter time.
