    Just got the install done today at Toyota, heard a clunk on the passangers side and look what I found :eek:

    Nope. Should have red showing on both sides of the UCA mount.

    Crazy thing is I took them in there with the bushings already installed, greased and ready to go....he must of popped one out when he did the install. WTH

    Yeah-That install is an effing train wreck. There should be a machined washer on BOTH sides of the UCA mount and that missing bushing that everyone is talking about.
    I'd check both sides and make them replace all the parts- and still buy a torque wrench and make sure it's all on their to spec.

    If that's the UCA , why is the bolt so short ? Mine is like 10" long

    That is just one side-The bolt goes thru both sides and the frame.

    Both washers are there, just can't see very well in the pic.....but the bushing:mad: What's the quickest way to get replacement set of bushings....I think I will be making a stop at Toyota in the morning
