how the.. rage.. alligning headlights

    don't have anything thats 4.5mm & a square to adjust these new headlights.
    wrenches dont seem to turn the thing past a breaking point where they don't move up and down any farther, but still aren't level with each other.

    rage. what else works.

    its not a hex its a square :(

    e/ i tried to fail proof the bottoming out method, but one wouldnt turn down and the other wouldnt turn up and so they only went opposing directions farther apart.

    ill head to the local auto part place tomorrow and try to find a proper tool. things never work right when ur trying to jimmy them and ur alrdy getting frustrated. thanks for the links mate.

    Maybe It's an old thread, but it got my cockeyed headlights to at least look a little more like headlights. My left light was literally focused about a hundred feet out at a 45 degree angle from the drivers seat. I mean sure I've never blinded anyone oncoming but damn no need to give em that much courtesy!

    one of the many reasons I hate buying used from strangers.

    If you take your headlight out and look at the black plastic that the actual lamp clips to there is two more adjustment screws in there that the housing pops onto
