Is that just one headlight then? Because the right is a full slat higher than the left.

A projector cutoff produces a slant in the beam pattern which is designed to allow light to project further in your lane but not in the oncoming traffic lane.

    This is one single projector.

This is how it is supposed to look when you properly aim two projectors.

A ratcheting box end wrench works well also, esp since you don't need to get your hand down there.

The ones I posted a picture of are from my HID projector retrofits which have a much sharper cutoff line with no light let out above the cutoff and much higher output. They don't look the same as the factory halogens.

All you can do is a full retrofit. The stock projectors aren't terrible, but they are nowhere near good.

OK - I actually looked at my light pattern on the garage door the other morning and I see that both lights overlap and look like a single light - I stand corrected.

I did mine with an 8mm socket. You can also move the geared adjusters surrounding the 8mm with your fingers. CCW was up, clockwise was down. Moving the windshield wiper solution out of the way; 2 10mm helps too. I did the passenger headlights higher than driver side. I swapped in some brighter Amazon LEDs with bad instructions. The plugs snapped in whether reversed polarity or not and didn't work with reversed polarity. Also, LEDs use DRIVERS NOT BALLASTS which get HOT. So, best to rig the drivers where they won't touch other wires or the squirter bottle.
