I think you mean your steering wheel; yes?
Have you recently installed tie-rod ends or other front-end components? An alignment shop will fix that for you.

This can be caused by various factors, such as hitting a curb, driving over a pothole, or having worn suspension parts.

To fix this issue, you may need to adjust the tie rods, which are the parts that connect the steering rack to the wheels.
By loosening the lock nuts and turning the tie rods slightly, you can change the angle of the wheels and center the steering wheel.

However, this is a delicate process that requires some tools and measurements, and it may affect your wheel alignment, which can lead to uneven tire wear and poor handling.

I recommend that you take your truck to a professional mechanic who can perform a proper alignment and check for any other problems with your steering system.
