Thanks everyone for the posts on this thread. Got my rack swapped out for less than $300 DIY.

    Two takeaways:
-TRQ YouTube video removes the sway bar and a video comment says “you don’t need to remove it.” So I did not remove it and yes, it is technically possible to trim the driver’s side bolt by 3/8” and STILL get it out, but I would not recommend it…20 minutes “saved” by not removing the sway bar probably cost me an hour in trying to work around it to get the bolt out, and another hour trying to loosen the hose clamp.
-For loosening the tie rod jam nut I had neither a big enough open-ended wrench nor two large crescent wrenches, so I just used two regular-sized crescent wrenches. Which again, can still work with a cheater pipe, but…be careful. When the nut finally came loose the crescent came loose and whacked me in the face. Distance between scars will be exactly 22mm

No special tools needed for the job, but a few are rising higher on my wish list:
    -ratcheting wrenches
    -Metric wrenches bigger than 17mm
    -flex head socket wrenches
    -impact socket

I saw a few comments that this job was too intimidating, and people just paid the mechanic. It really is not overly-difficult. Rack with pre-installed inner tie rods, skip the bushing swap, and if you are so inclined, cut the bushing bolts and replace with $1 hardware store bolts.
