Also do you have the rear diff breather? And what length hose are you running? I want to extend mine so I don't have to worry

My rear breather runs up into a central box in the engine bay, so my hose lengths wouldn't help you much.

So I dropped by a local wrecking yard the other day, I asked for 90's 1500 rears. they showed me 3 trucks, 2 of them had 4 leaf(plus overload) but they were chevy 2500s. the third was a 3 leaf(plus overload) on a 1500 and the 1500 seamed to have a huge amount of arch considering it was sitting on the ground compared to the 2500 packs I saw… need some opinions?

These are not the same packs I saw(I should have taken pictures but didn't), I'm just showing the type of arch difference between the 3 trucks I looked at, the pack on the 2500 trucks 5 pack were pretty much flat with a slit arch and the 1500(4 pack) had similar arch to this picture. the 1500 pack was very clean and didn't need much clean up where the 2500 would need some clean up.

how thick did you guys go with for this?

1/4" is plenty, but I had 3/8" laying around. Go for it!

How are these leaves at handling weight? I'm currently running Allpro Expos but I carry so much weight in tools, RTT, 37" spare ect that they are pretty much flat. I just did a shackle flip today and my ride height is finally correct but these springs have no up travel before going negative. I have a set of 14" travel King Remotes waiting go on and I'd like to fix this problem while I'm at it. Would a 63" ;igt spring help? I'll upload pics from my phone in a second

New bumps are obviously part of the plan too, since these do nothing. I've learned a lot since I bought this stuff. Not sure what to get though

Explain of you dont mind. I've even thought about using a 3/ ton leaf pack.

I'll be boxing the frame soon BTW, it doesnt like the weight either

Well the overload is for heavy loads. If you don't keep that stuff in there all the time you should be alright. It helps to prevent axle wrap but als limits the flex. 3/4 ton should do it if you don't plan on carrying it all the time.

This stuff lives in my truck. When I go off-road there is probably another 200lbd of gear back there Is there a year range I should be looking for?
