Should a 4 leaf pack hold the weight and still provide lift? Or should I be looking for and aftermarket lift pack?

I just put the SOS shackle flip on can that be reused for the 63 swap or will I need something different out back? Load capacity is a bigger concern than flex for me, although I would like to stretch out the 14" Kings (which are now sounding like they may be too short)

14 won't be too short. Gonna have to cut the bed for those actually. 4 leaf should do find. Can always keep the overload or modify it.

I've cut every other panel on my truck except the tailgate and doors, might as well.

Lol. Meant the overload leaf for the 63s. Cut it flush in the rear and about 8" in the front to help with the weight and to avoid leaf wrap

I was planning to keep every leaf I can get. I'm guessing my constant load is around 700lbs, 150 of which is that anchor hanging off the back of my bumper (worst place I can have it). That goes up another 200 when going on trips. My biggest fear is not getting enough lift out of them with all the weight or them intermediately going negative when I let the weight of the truck down on them.

Do you have any idea if I can reuse my shackle flip?

Yes you should be able to. Ruff stuff industries makes a full kit that you can get to do it too

The swap sounds like exactly what you need. I would try to run the 4 leaf w/out overload. See if that works out for you. If not it's super easy to build up a pack. Just add another leaf or take one out!
Also might as well sell your shackle flip. The shackles won't be big enough and are for toyota leafs (different width I'm pretty sure) The ruff stuff kit comes with new shackles.
    Thank you sir :)

Thanks dude! And yeah what he said below. In the pics though I was down to about 1.75 of lift up front with my old suspenision. Maybe 2" So that's why the rake was so pronounced.

Finally got this done. It's only been a yr since I bought everything. Really impressed with the ride. The flex is ridiculous. I couldn't find a spot to fully flex it out. Shock still had more to go.
Thanks for this write up. It did help with the install. I can't wait to get out and see how it does on the trail.

No, I wish. 4x innovations made these. They made some awesome bends that make the doors look so good.
