Sorry if this is already been brought up, gave up while scrolling through the pages.
The OP pics of the front ruff stuff spring hanger... isn't this backwards? Shouldn't it be like rattletrap's on page 5? I'm a first gen, but this is a fantastic write up swapping leafs one the less.
    Thanks for the detail.

 Now you have to 3 link the rear!

Don't worry about it. The wedge front is supposed to protect the leading edge of the leaf, but it shouldn't affect how the truck works.

Shouldn't really affect things but your more likely to hang up on a rock, the ramp should help you slide over obstacles.

Probably already been said but I wised up on my 2nd set of 63s. First set of old bushings was a sob to get out. Second go round I just lit them all on fire and left them to burn and then they just all popped out real nice like.

Yeah took me forever on my first set of 63s. I changed packs a while back and someone told me to just burn em out. Worked real easy. They ooze out everywhere and smell awful but you can push all the rubber out real easy at the end and then just cut the sleeve out and push the new poly bushings in.

I used my portaband to cut a wedge out of the bushing and sleeve to help release the pressure. Then used a drill bit to remove some rubber. Used my air chisel to push them out. Worked way better then the press got all 4 out in little less then a hour

I wish we didn't use a press hahaha that took way longer then expected finding the right size socket to use
