    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    Ruff stuff sent bushings for the rear hangers. All of them were the same as the shackle hanger.

    Removing the gas tank is not bad. The little clips you will run into you have to pinch the little colored parts in and it will unlock it's self

    Before we removed the stock springs use a plum Bob to find the location of the spring along with measure from the little oval hole on the frame to the pin. Then before you burn in your hangers right above them at the front mount make a mark funding center of the spring so you know how far apart to mount the front.

    X measure everything before fully welding it all in.

    I really want to do this but the problem for me is the welding portion... I have the tools and so forth to strip the truck just no way to get stuff welded back on... I've called around and either places won't take it on cause they want to do it all from start to finish or want it stripped them brought to them which is a challenge. Sucks cause this would cost similar to doing dakars in the rear but have better benefits

    To much money invested into being a tech... Just never picked up on welding... Seems more like I need to pick up on a hobby it just worries me cause it is kind of important to get right cause I do tow stuff occasionally

    Are you the same @Timbo89 from s10forums? I remember someone with a similar name on there... He had a 2wd s10 and converted it to 4wd project and then stopped and got a house or something like that if iirc

    It had a conversion done on the front. It was a 94 with a 98 and newer front Chevy but the Sonoma/Jimmy stuff fit the 98 up s10/ blazer.

    My tacoma will be sfa one day but going to pay it off and find me a 60 front to slowly build if the wife don't kick me out.
