Drove ~150 miles on 4wheel drive (40-60 mph), ~4-6" of snow on the road. After road cleared of snow, put it in 2Lo. 4wheel drive won't disengage. Tried forward/reverse a lot of times with no luck. Any suggestions. Thanks

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
First thing take it out of low gear. Shifting into low will put in 4wd. You need to be in high gear to shift back into 2wd.

For the life of me I can't remember having 2-lo. Are you sure you didn't mean 4-lo?

Do you have automatic or manual hubs?

I've always had the smoothest disengaing of 4-hi by driving in a straight line at any speed below 50 and letting up on the gas as slid the selector into 2-hi. Slight clunk and the 4x4 light goes off.

There is no 2wd low range - if you're having trouble disengaging from 4hi, do what koditten said or shift into 2hi and then drive in reverse for about 15 feet.
