I spent a few minutes drawing these up in CAD.

They take up the exact amount of space needed to become even with the extrusion, and can be siliconed in to make them water tight.

I went with red for some flare too.

Thingiverse files to come. I'm happy to print a set for the cost of shipping if anyone is interested (DM me).

look at you being fancy. I just put a piece of carefully trimmed cork there and to fill the gap between the 2x and 1x external gusset.

That’s clever! I used silicone pieces I cut out of a .250 thick sheet and sandwiched then in with some silicone.

Hey there, for my entire camper build I used aluminum honeycomb panel from flatiron panel products. Super light and super strong stuff. Very expensive however. I did a foldable floor in mine with their 1/2 inch material. Seems plenty strong for two people.

Well I have all of the material, keeder, thread, zippers etc. Let me know if she would be willing to. I've been traveling for work and will be back Tuesday. Send me a message and we can figure something out if she's willing. Appreciate it.

Since the rainy season is starting up in some states (PNW specifically) can we talk tips on sealing?

    What did you do?
    What did you use?
What are some common areas that leak?
    What would you do differently?
    Etc?

I think going the taco camper route with the extra tent canvas over the hinge(I used the full length hinge) would have been wise. This is probably where most of the water intrusion is for me. Other than that I don't think it leaks. I need to pop it up this week after all this rain to see if the wedge leaks at all.

I didn't and I have been driving through our daily florida monsoons without any water intrusion. I did silicone the crap out of the corners inside and out as well as all contact points for the roof and floor internally and externally. don't forget to do the mod to the extrusion gasket so it will turn the corner.

Did you ever find anyone for this? I'm looking to get another tent made for myself and figure it might be easier to get a few going together.

How would these line up? I've been looking to mount my awning back to the wedge, haven't really spent much time on it though
