Some one else had mentioned a dxf too. The fixturing is where it all comes into play. And at this point there is no cut file for an upper. I did pick up a rusty whore v-8 runner sport for some further mock up. But have an lj Rubicon Sahara to cut up, front frame chop, one tons , 14" oris, full hydro, wontons and 4d's that will keep me busy for next few weeks.

Oh, I get that entirely. I have fabbed many control arm sets so I get the geometry part of it and can handle fixturing no problem. I'm an instructor for a custom car building school and just got a brand new plasma table I'd love to run these on. Knocking out tubular uppers to match is no big deal. I have a nice sized piece of 3/16" taking up space in my too small garage shop.

What do you have for upper arms? If you go a full 2" inches on the lower your going to have some caster for sure unless you have your struts/shocks topped out?

Right now I have total chaos uppers but I'd likely sell them and fab my own out of 1"x.120" 4130. I have a set of stock uppers I can use for mock-up using your C-Channel jig design. That looks way more rigid than the fully adjustable ones I've used in the past.

Just figured I would give some what of an update. The jeep project left for a few months. Brought my truck in for oil change and some grease. Inner cv boots are shot but not from what I did that were almost cracked through a year ago. Still on the original tres. No noise unless the tires hit the fender and inner fender back edge of battery area or some squeak when they just kiss yhe frame rail and the lower arms(round 2 is going to be changed a bit so 35s will clear the arms, but 37s will for sure still rub yhe frame)In the rear I did end cut the bed sides for a rear bumper which I have been drawing some on it . The tires have rolled the front part of bed side in a bit if I'm loaded with fire wood and get torq . Here's some pics from the other day.

Back side where the tire rubs. The lowers I'm also going to make 3/8" longer so when the camber is good the eccentrics are dead nuts in the middle/zero.
