How to fixing headlight from leaking?

    Dual Exhaust, Cold Air intake, Throttle Body Spacer , Jet Chip system
    I'm getting ready to buy some headlights from a guy about 3 weeks old and they have some water getting in them. I believe it is coming around the lens cover I didn't know if I could take it apart and put clear silicon around them and if that would work?
