I bought a couple blanks on Ebay for $10 ea, be sure they are the programable type. You can have a locksmith cut and program the keys for you. Or take the blanks to your local Toyota dealer and they can do it, cheaper then buying them from them.

Do you have a dealer to go to where you are?

I know my truck has chipped keys and the dealer has to program the keys if you want a new one.

I do recall seeing one member post here and say that they had a hardware store that was able to clone the key codes without going to the dealer.
