    A respray doesn’t devalue a vehicle.

Only accidents and repairs under insurance do.

You pay cash for this no one knows its been repainted. Just go to a quality shop that warranties their work.

Just used hand sanitizer today on dried sap. Works great and cheap. 100% alcohol wipes are better.

    Have you tried butter?

I got the idea from someone round TW as I had some super baked sap on my paint - I rubbed some on, scratched at it with my fingernails and it started to come off; used a soft cloth with butter to get the remaining sap off.

And this is why you inspect your car and wash it often.

It'll take about $700-900 to repaint the hood. Your paint is white and shot by default from factory. Respray won't affect it. Unless insurance pays for it, it won't go on CarFax. In most cases, a respray by a proshop will yield better results than the factory job.

Once you respray, wait 45 days then add PFF and you're done.
