Ok guys so when I go out into the mountains I loose radio reception (not cb radio just normal FM radio). So I was think what if I mounted something like this

    http://www.walcottcb.com/k40-sf400-4ft-superflex-cb-whip-antenna-p-771.html?cPath=28_352_412

On my truck would there be a way to hook it up to my radio in place of the stock antenna. Or maybe hook it up so both antennas work together. As far as mounting it goes I can do that easy but the wiring I would have no idea, and if it would even work I don’t know. What do you guys think? Is it possible?
