How to get set up cheap with existing cap

Hello all, instead of buying a camper trailer or camper topper, I want to utilize my existing cap and be able to quickly set it up and take off when I need to get away. attached is a picture of my truck with cap.
I was thinking of just buying an air mattress that will fit and somehow seal the edges of the cap from mosquitos.
The windows are sliding which is a bonus while sleeping.
Another option is to use some form of thick foam to sleep on which will not add so much height.

Any ideas would be great thanks.

A twin air mattress fits perfectly between the wheel wells. Or napier i think makes one that is the whole bed. But its pricey.
