Hi Tacoma World'ers- this is my first post so I appologize if this is in the wrong section. I did do a lot of searches and came up empty handed so I thought I'd ask in here.

My rear passenger window broke and I cannot figure out how to remove the black rivet-like plugs that I assume cover the mounting hardware. Can anyone tell me the trick for removing these so I can replace the window?

Thanks and look forward to sharing any info I have. Glad I found this site!

So, I'll save you guys the hassle... talked to a buddy who suggested I'd be better off going to an auto glass place since A)there isn't much discount on those tinted rear windows at the dismantlers B)its a pain since you have to access it from the interior; which means, the plastic has to come up and whatever other odds n ends pulled off to get to that point. Then its just large phillips head screws. Cost an extra $40-$55 to buy new nad have it installed.
