5 lug access cab

how do I get 6 inches of front lift on a 2007 5 lug tacoma. Not too worried abt the rear my buddy has a 6 inch lift for the rear.

5 lug front suspension is different from 6 lug, so you'd be best off cutting it out and doing a solid axle swap.

There is no conversion kit that doesn't involve a donor truck, cutting and welding.
