I have an 06 Tacoma Radiant Red PreRunner SR5 TRD named redmonster, purchased in Jan. I recently purchased bilstein 5100 for all corners.
I couldnt lift the truck with regular jack. My question is, how do you all lift the truck hi enough to place jack stands under?

If your suspension is stock height you can use a piece or two of 2x4 wood on top of the jack to give you some additional leverage to put the jack stand under.I've used this method on other trucks i've owned before with stock suspension. My 2012 is still stock and hasn't been upgraded yet but maybe this can help you.Good luck!

I hear ya! I felt like my life was in danger just posting the HF link haha. Seems the reviews are not bad, but I indeed would be too scared being under it.

Would never do that with a Harbor Freight lift. Had a truck come down on me once, really not interested in having that happen again. Can't help but feel risking your life with Harbor Freight equipment is a completely horrendous idea.

HF is good for certain things, cheap one time tools and such, but supporting a 2 ton truck over head is not one of them

Too poor to list anything interesting.
    I use HF jackstands (6-ton).
