Been adding to my 2021 DC TRD-OR and with that is a shell, decked, and Prinsu shell rack. Is AAL the best option to get my rear end back to stock height? What’s the best way to go about finding what would get me back to stock height?

    All of them.
Add a leaf won't really make up for weight. Get a full leaf pack that's rated for the weight you intend to carry most often. The icon pack has 3 options

Are you referring tot he RXT? What else needs to be done with this? I’ll be doing my research, but I’ll ask too.

If you just want stock height, then no not really. But shocks that can handle a little extra height would be a good idea. Then you're looking at coilovers too. ATS Springs was easy to work with, I gave them the info on what I needed and they made them for me. If you asked for springs with +300-400lbs and stock height I'm sure they could accommodate

I solved my levelling issue based on variable load factors. I used Firestone airbags which allow me to dial in my rear and create a trampoline. Now I barely have to worry about loads because everything ejects out when I cross a bridge. Problem solved!

Calculate your weight you carry every day. I had HD Dakars in the rear and I was about 600lbs daily driving. Upgraded from the Dakars to Deaver stage III u402's:

Good link! I noticed, however, the description lists a '2 inch lift' on all stages. Is that the lift to be expected AFTER install with all the weights provided or will it settle down to stock height?

Like the OP, I'm wanting to maintain STOCK height in the rear with the addition of a few hundred pounds of fixed, daily weight on the bed.

Ok, got more info. Just got off the phone with Deaver. If you want to maintain STOCK height with the additional weight they recommend an add a leaf(s) approach. The expedition series will raise you a couple inches(even with the additional weight). Just give them a call and let them know how much you're going to carry and they can create a package for you. I was told it would be about $750 +shipping.

Icon RXT on 1st option if not carrying substantial weight. Ride is great and decreases bed bounce a lot. New pack also great if you plan on upgrading rear shocks opposed to stock or AAL.

Before you go grabbing any suspension mods, you need to first determine how much weight you've added.

Then look at the remaining Cargo Capacity.

This information will help you choose the correct springs to support your load.

Im up to 490lbs currently over the bed + 50lbs over the cab. Plan on adding sliders, and SSO bumper (85lbs) and shittybuilt winch should be here in August but I’m not counting that since it’s on the front.
So currently 490lbs near future, 550ish daily driver.

From what I'm gathering, seems like the best option is the RXT with option 2 for you. I'm attempting to install the RXT's on monday in option 3 @ 490lb Daily weight. Atleast until I start adding things into the Decked. I'll post pics and numbers.

Do you need long travel shocks for option 2 or 3?

I’m running option 1 on Tacoma pro. but that’s what I heard.

    thanks

I went with Icon, option 3 and I’m very happy with it. And no, it is designed to be ran with OEM shocks. Says so in the instruction manual.

    Stock-ish
Sitting maybe an inch above stock in the rear with Dakars w/no overload leafs. Have a rear bumper/full size spare/some tools, so probably around ~350lbs over stock in the rear.
