Wait for the truck to come in and purchase it from them. But before you do that, eat as many Fiber One bars as possible and use their bathrooms

If you want the truck you ordered, get it. If you try to get it from a different dealership after you complaining and canceling the order, they will not trade that truck to another dealership knowing that it's you buying it. I used to sell toyotas and we would block trades when the person came to us first but walked on the deal. Only way that you will get that truck is to buy it from them.

I would walk in there, go up to the guy you talked to, and tell him you want to speak with the desk manager. Tell him to fawk off while you talk with managey boy, too. Makes him stand on his goddamn toesies.
Explain the situation to desky in a professional and polite way, this is way more respected. Don't go in there tossin fucks all over the place. This is rude, and besides...you don't want to offend any of the children that might be in the area.
After this, the manager will speak with the salesman, most likely with you right there. They will sit down with you, and the desky will more than likely be kneeling by the table across from you next to salesfawk1. He will explain what you talked about with salesfawk1 and set up the terms, and you will more than likely score some good loot out of it.
Honestly, go in there and play that shit by ear. Feel the water with your toes before you dive head first into something that can grab you by the balls and turn your day to absolute crap.
    Best of luck OP

    Oh...and if all else fails.
Give them a bad survey, and namedrop salesfawk1 a few times.

Perhaps eat their children, then use the left over skin to create a fire bomb. :anonymous:

I would tell them where the bear shits in the woods, take your money and go to a different dealer. Your ordered your truck from the dealer, thus getting it the way you want it. I would contact another dealer and tell them about this whole thing. Im sure they would love a "free sale" because of the shitty dealerships fuckup.

Also, cant you "build" your truck on corpo toyotas website, and have it shipped where you want it? Just a thought.

As a sales manager @ a dealership I can safely say that if you go in there raising hell and dropping f-bombs you will get absolutely nowhere. Just go in cool calm and collected, walk by the sales guy, ask to speak to the general sales manager ( 1 up on totem pole from desk manager and 1 down from gm ), explain the situation, tell him that you would like the deposit back and that you would prefer to do business elsewhere. Once you tell him this, more than likely he will try and remedy the situation. He will get you a different salesman that will take care of you the way you should be, probably will be able to re-negotiate deal pending profit margin, and or get a few accessories thrown in. (ex: Tacoma bed mat, maybe step bars, etc.) No sense in going to another dealer and start the process over. they will take care of you guaranteed and more than likely, the sales guy will not be there on Monday because that would not fly in my dealership. Hopefully my 2 cents helps. Don't pass on a truck that you've been waiting on for this long over one dumbass. And no he will not make one cent off of your sale. It will go to the new sales guy.

I'd go down in person, I don't know if your a big dude or know how to intimidate and I'm not talking bring the baseball bat, I'm kind of a big dude so I feel showing up so they can't just pass you off on the phone or talk shit about you is the best course of action. I'm sure there are tons of other dealer ships around that would love the money.

This. Then, once your sale in completed elsewhere, you mail a photocopy of the contract and a picture of your taking delivery of a similar truck (or the same truck traded for) and mail them both to the owner of the dealership. Not the sales manager, not the shift supervisor, not the finance manager, THE OWNER.

Oh, at the botom of the letter, show the following:
