I recently purchased two 6" light bars and want to use them as fogs. Has anyone mounted these there. If so could you explain how? Thanks

Yeah you dont wanna use those as regular fogs. They will be way too bright. You will need to use them like off road lights/ in combination with your high beams. Ye gonna blind people. BUT, I did this myself with two 8" single row bars. Can't go into too much setail because it was really hard to do and wont be able to explain easily. But someone else asked me about it and I told them I'd be doing a writeup soon after I take them out to clean them and replace the mesh I put in front of them. For now here's a couple shots.
I basically cut out the entire plastic housing and left two tabs on top and bottom, using multiple mounts to make it rock solid. Also used longer small bolts that hold the front lens/caps on, fed them through the mesh, into the bar, to help with even more sturdiness.
