You need a radar cone with measurements for the cruise control radar.

You need a target and measurements for the camera/lane departure.

If you want to disable it, there is a firmware update that disables it, but is irreversible. Intended for lifted trucks and modified trucks.

Just to emphasize on this, the PCS light will stay illuminated all the time if the firmware is loaded. It's not like you won't know it has been disabled. And I believe it is fixable by replacing the radar, but I could be wrong on that.

But, what is your reasoning Op? It sounds like you lifted the truck or replaced your grille and now you get the light and error(s).

    Thanks guys!

The reason I want to recalibrate or disable the PCS is because I change the Tacoma 2020 Sport grille to a custom grille and I positioned the radar in the buttom of the grille.

The radar get on and off every 5 or 10 minutes. My first option is to recalibrate it in the lower position but if is not possible then I don't have any issue with disable it.

Where I can find the cone and the measurements? I already have Techstream.

    Thanks again in advance!

How long has the aftermarket grille been on? That's usually common for a while when aftermarket grilles are first installed. If you disable your PCS you'll have a permanent PCS light on your dash.

Oh, man. There are a TON of threads on here about what to do when switching out the OEM grill to a TRD Pro grill, regarding the TSS Sensor and what to do about it after the swap. If you are not going to lift the truck, then the solution is simple. When you reattach the sensor to the back of the grill, at the screw at the top of the sensor, place a thin washer between the sensor and the grill. This will alter the sensor angle in such a way as to make the TSS system think it is where it was initially. Also, if your truck is new or fairly new, then it hasn't broken in the sensor yet, as it is a learned system. I did all of this on my 2019 as I swapped out the grill a week after I got it. At first, I had the same PCS OFF light coming on all the time too. Then, after a while it seemed to have "learned" the new angle and it was working fine. That is, until around the 4000 mile mark, I drove my truck across the country from the west coast to the east coast. All of a sudden as I started the trip, the PCS OFF light would come on! When I stopped for gas or bathroom, it would go off when I started back again, but within 5 minutes of being back on the road, it would illuminate again. This happened the WHOLE DANG WAY across the country! Frustrated the hell outta me because what the heck good is the dang thing, if it is not going to be operational? BUT, once I got out onto the Outer Banks of NC, the next morning, when I got back into the truck to start my day, from then on, it has worked perfectly. That was at about 7000 miles or so. Now I have almost 48,000 miles on it and it has continued to work perfectly. Two things though, the TSS system works with two things in conjunction; the sensor and the CAMERA on the top of the windshield. If either one of them are blocked due to bugs, excessive dirt because of rain, mud snow, etc, the PCS OFF light will come on. Turn off the truck, clean either one or both of these, and when you start again, PCS OFF light will be off. A demonstration of this was done by @ROBMOTIVE on Youtube, where he would cover up each of these separately, with some duct tape, and you could see the PCS OFF light come on. Great video and was a good demonstration of how the TSS system works. Hope this helps....
