How to remove dealer logo from tailgate?

California dealers don’t put that stuff on their trucks, must be a cutting right thing.

 

Damn that was an epic saga.

 

I take it they mount it from behind?

 

Having this logo would be totally appropriate for the rear of the truck

 

could you imagine waiting 20 years to buy a new supra and they put some dumbass dealer logo on it or a bmw engine it lol amirite guys?

 

Yeah I've done this before. If they want me to advertise they need to reduce their price or kick in some add-ons. Needless to say the dealers around here use license plate frames but they are easily removed and chucked into the recycle bin at home. I haven't seen a dealer sticker on a new vehicle lot but used car lots are a different story.

 

Nice try... they are too busy stealing your tax dollars to support placing this onto your new car window instead.

I specifically requested the dealer NOT put any damn sticker on or license plate frame when I bought new. They didn't have the nerve to ask why.

I’m only in the first page and it’s pretty obvious that dude is a master troller. I’m surprised those guys actually fell for it.

 

Mine didn't come with those either, but even if it did, a little window sticker vs a glued on badge on my painted tailgate? Nice try, but no- I’ll take the little sticker. They do try to put gaudy plate frames on too, I always say no to those as well.

 

Ok I convinced them to do it this morning, should be free. No scrapers/sanders/goo gone required. Thanks for the input
