How To Remove Scum On Center Console Armrest?

    I like my truck Clean!!! Especially the interior. I am having a hard time cleaning/ keeping clean the vinyl armrest on the lid of the center console.

    What is everyone using to clean in it? What If any resolutions exist to prevent this?

    yeah thats what i have been doing but every month it is back!! and it takes alot of elbow grease!!

    Some stuff
    I used armorall cleaning wipes for my tan interior. Worked perfect and you can keep the container in the truck. Pluck one and wipe it.

    I used a scrub sponge (the kind you do dishes with) and some Windex surface cleaner. Came out looking brand new :)

    LIGHTLY with a soft cloth.. well.. lightly vs scrubbing.. hot soapy water well rung out. Should come right the heck off.

    Its human grease.. its pervasive.. You can do your shift knob and door handles while you're at it.

    Scrubbing can leave marks you won't see while doing it. But when dry.. and chemical cleaners can bleach and degrade the vinyl.
