2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport

Hi everyone,
I am trying to find a video or instruction on how to replace shifter bushings on the third-generation Taco. I have searched everywhere, but I can't find anything pertaining to the third generation. I only see 1st and 2nd gen. It seems the shifting becomes more difficult. I am replacing transmission fluid soon and would like to replace shifter bushings. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
