How to replace tailpipe on 2003 Toyota Tacoma?

Now it has a nice hole in the tailpipe as you can see by the picture. I believe the muffler and tailpipe are welded together. My question is how do I just replace the tailpipe myself without having to get another muffler? Thanks.

    Cut the tail pipe off and get another one


    You might need to get a little creative unless you can just butt weld the new pipe on.
