I bought it at a chevey dealer with 33’s and a 1 inch lift on it and the dealer never told me if it’s history
I washed the inside driver and passenger side compartment dried up as fast as I could . Went to start up again it started then just died and would not reset with fob key. Following day grabed the other key and it would not work. The mechanic said it was the immobilizer code and needed either a new computer and to be reset and reset fob keys any other cheaper methods or suggestions?

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.

You washed the inside driver and passenger side compartment? What the hell did you use - a pressure washer?
Just curious how doing this would have effed things up.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
Oh, I gotta hear the explanation for what you were doing.

Yeah really not a good idea but the vehicle stank so I started it then it died however tried to reset with fob didn’t work so I got the other one today and replaced battery and will check to see if it will at least unlock or panic button will work, tried it earlier and didn’t work so I changed the battery in the fob key and will attempt another try

What exactly did you wash and where? I detail cars and I’ve never heard of this happening
