Will check this out after I get off work. I also need to figure out how to keep my DRL on when I turn on the Fogs. Everytime I put the Fogs on then the DRL's go off. I want to run both same time.

OP, have you tested the SR/SR5 turn signal connector (x3 pins) to bulb to see if it fits in same headlamp turn bulb orifice(x2 pins)?

Im guessing you run a wire from the drl to the turn signal. It has two power sources and operates in two modes

Have you done it? I was thinking of trimming the bulb holder...it can be replaced.

Can get the same results with some Triton switchback bulbs 7443 or 7440 paired with a DRL wiring kit from VLEDS for $10 bucks it’s all plug n play no need for resistors or chopping connectors.

So I found out that the rear Stop/Tail bulb socket (center one)
    upload_2020-7-19_21-3-25.jpg
fits into the Headlamp 2 pin Turn Signal socket.

    upload_2020-7-19_21-14-32.jpg

So one could de-pin the terminals from the Turn Signal connector and add the missing wire to a fused IGN source.
Add a Switchback bulb ($35.00) and have the TURN signal white with DRL 's and Amber when turn selected.

Speaking of using turn signals as a DRL, has anyone (with a trd or limited) converted their turn signals to a DRL and used their original DRL as a turn signal?

It be easy, but 5-0 would not like a white turn signal....
