    Hey was wondering if it's possible to shut off that damn seat belt ding! I have an 08 Tacoma 4.0L v6!

    If you want to do it the legitimate way without taking it to the dealer, then do it this way. You could always save the spring and put it back on if you ever want to sell it, or just leave it out and let it be the next guys blessing or nightmare.

    Oh yeah. I forgot the spring mod only applies to 2012's and up. That method should work for him.
