    cool... yeah i had the tape in mind too i dont know what he was talking about when he said buy the glue... i seen the cheap/free mods but some take too much time... what interior pieces are you painting and do you know/have a thread up for them... like how to take them off and how they turned out?

    i haven't started a thread yet... but i painted the little drawer by the left bottom side of the steering wheel, the surround around the window switches, and few other things...

    very nice... how did you take off the elblem and the thing around the speedometer.. what paint did you use? or did you mask it off and paint inside the truck?

    and another question on your thread about the chrome thing... you had adhesion promoter and clear coat... today i went to autozone and they said they didnt have that... so i bought the aircraft can thing because ive heard about it and it didnt do anything

    TW Member "iamrayzian" removed the emblem for me... It was NOT easy...and if it gets messed up, no one sells a replacement lol...
    I used Flat white paint... the cluster rings, i took off by sticking a very thin blade and "prying" up... be careful if you decide to try it..as the clips are very easily breakable.. In the end, it was all worth it.. i like the new look..and i will definitely keep blacking out more of my interior

    I would try a diffrent autozone..Or a Kragens Auto Parts... Even Wal-Mart should have it.. (at a cheaper price too)

    cool thanks... i will try different stores... im gonna hold back on the interior for now.. lol i dont want to break anything
