Hi every one I'm new here on TW I been having some problems after going from 2WD to 4WD and the back to 2WD everything works fine but the 4x4 green ligth stays blinking after that and all the 4x4 functions where disabled, I did some research and found that it could be a bad timing on transfer case actuator, I open the actuator and everything was fine but I reinstall the gears agian in position and close the actuator, then I open the front actuator and was flooded and rusted, then I change the actuator but previously I open the new actuator before installing to check everything looks fine, then I install the front ADD on open position and the transfer case actuator on 2H position then I tried to work the 4x4 from 2H to 4H and the actuators engage 4H but then the dash send me a message: 2WD to 4WD malfunction visit your dealer and after that I switch the 4x4 selector to 2WD and nothing happens the truck stays on 4H , then I have to manually disengage the truck to 2H and the notification on dash disappeared, I switch again 2H to 4H and then happen the exact same problem I mention before, then I realize that the front ADD engages but don't travel all the way the fork that engage the diff, then I manually make all the travel of the ADD fork and then the dash stop blinking the 4x3 green ligth and stays on 4H, I thought that the problem was solved but then I switch to 4L and works but the 4L ligth starts blinking and keeps blinking and the selector won't be back to 4H and 2H, once again I manually disengage the actuators to the base position 2H, I'm looking for the help of some of the experts on this topic on Tacoma World on how to correctly set the 4x4 on the truck
