I added some 1.5 inch wheel spacers to my truck that has 0 offset wheels with 285/75r16. my truck is stock. I never rubbed before, but now I'm rubbing bad. I want to keep this setup for now. How do you guys push back the fender liner? Do I just get a heat gun and push the fender liner back for more clearance? Any tips will help. Thanks

Yes, heat gun. You have to play with it, every truck is different. But with those spacers and 0 offset good luck. It gonna be hard to correct that rub.

But what do you mean trim, I can't just cut out part of the fender liner and leave holes.

havent done this but i think you may want to cut it in a fashion that allows you to push it back leaving what the hole wouldve been, covered.
or just saran wrap the back of the of it to cover the hole :devil:

Fitting 33’s on a stock truck is going to rub, unless the are 255’s. You can try replacing the UCA to a more adjustable one like SPC. Then get an alignment with the caster pushed forward. Ypu will probably still rub until :sawzall:

I am not familiar with Dirt King but I heard good things. I have SPC. Aftermarket UCA are attached to your spindle, so it does not matter what your coilover is, stock or not. But if you are swapping UCA you should get upgraded coil overs to save cost in labor, and the lift is going to help the rub also.

You did it backwards in my opinion. Usually you do suspension then larger tires.

Interesting. Never knew an aftermarket UCA could work with stock suspension. I'll definitely look into a lift. Thanks

Your going to want to use a heat gun, something to cut with, and a hammer. I did a lot of heating and hammering at first. Then started trimming away with the wheel fully locked on each side.

You definitely don’t want to cheap out on a suspension lift with those E rated tires. Try to go with Bilstein or better.

I was looking at a Bilstein 6112 and 5160 2 inch lift. Would that be overkill or should I go for 5100s?
