Does anyone know the steps I should take to make my ecu stop governing top speed and when doing burnouts the car automatically closes the throttle body is there a way to stop this?

Ahh, i believe this is a function of the "runaway" prius / toyota events where idiots would have their floor mat ride up on the gas pedal and not realize it. Toyota programmed the ecu to not allow throttle input at speed if the brake pedal is being pushed after x time.

Id bet if you pulled the brake light switch so the ecu doesnt know you are pushing the brakes you wouldnt have this interaction of the ecu but still have brakes.

Nope. he popped the 2JZ before this event, swapped the original 4.0L 1GR back in it and beat the ever living crap out of it. If you listen to the vid, its 100% a 1GR v6 not the original 2JZ.

When he swapped the v6 back in he left it there as he was able to beat on it so much.
