    If I do have the JBL what steps do i have to take, will my old head unit tell me if its a JBL

    I'd you have JBL then your front doors will say JBL in front of the speaker grill and the radio itself will also have a tiny logo above the disk slot that says JBL.

    Notice just above the disk slot on the right it has a black square and says JBL:

    And the front door speaker grill logo:

    If you have JBL then that harness will not work.
