I torque mine to spec every time and they'll still move while offroad during harder hits. To be fair my truck sees more abuse than most, but I'm not an isolated incident. There's a whole market for solid mounted eccentric bolts so your alignment stays in place while offroad.

Alignment changes come from several factors
    1. Worn parts - most common and includes sagging springs.
    2. Bent parts - Only if you hit something hard or abuse beyond normal use.
    3. lose parts - Lazy techs or lots of vibration. This is the rarest.
    4. Changing ride height - adding a lift. Replacing suspension parts, etc.

Tires that big put a lot more leverage/stress on everything over stock setups.

Yep, as well as the fact I don't have bushings anywhere on the front end, they're all heims and uniballs so that transfers more energy as well. But even with a milder setup comparable to a lot of folks on here, I would still knock myself out of alignment occasionally.
