how would i go about selling a gun?

Like he said, it's state specific. Here in MA we need to fill out a special form authorizing transfer of ownership whether it's a private sale or not. Do you have a gun shop near you that you trust and can ask? Otherwise, maybe ask your local PD or sheriff.

 

Domestic abuse problems and now illegal firearms, this guy's a winner! Sorry, but it's the truth, and this kind of thing is the reason why some states are so harsh and strict with their gun laws.

 

The domestic was just some BS that his ex made up but overall he is a winner, hunting and fishing is the only thing keeping this guy out of trouble.

Is he convicted? Nobody is going to care if it was made up or not, specially not any federal judges:
