    Hey now!
    First time long time. Haven't really listened to Howard live since right after he ran away into his mansion and started doing shows remotely. I've been listening to Stern since like 2007 when my dad would put it on when he drove me to school. Been really into the youtube vintage stern compilations recently they're fantastic. How many of you guys actually listen to Stern live anymore or even at all? Maybe I'm just kind of jaded with the lack of energy in the newer shows.

    Daily since around 96. Took a little hiatus only because I didn't have time to listen and couldn't justify the payment.. As soon as I could come back because I could find time to listen I came back.

    A lot of people complain or comment about Howard changing, but it's because he has to and because he wanted to. It's a sign of the times. IMO the show is better than ever. His interviews are better than ever and the staff is just as crazy as always. With that said, you have to be invested in the show. Meaning if you don't listen daily and keep up with the daily goings on, then it's not as good. It's not something you can listen to every once in a while because you miss a lot of the "inside " jokes and backstories. Staff related issues is probably 80% of the show and my favorite topics.

    knowing whitestone (its where we met for the toyota grill years back) if you have a house with bridge and water view 900k is right around the typical asking price.... plenty of 1m+ homes in that area, of course in and around a ton of homes under that number as well...
