    2016 Blue TRD Off Road Double-Cab w JBL/Nav
    Greetings all,
I'm trading in my current 2012 Access Cab (Blue v6 Auto 4x4) for a new 2016 Blue TRD Off Road DCLB. I've only got 50k miles on the 2012, but the dealer is offering close to 20K for trade-in so how can I resist?

My 2012 has been stone cold reliable. I've never had a single issue with it whatsoever. I did add some nerf bars, tint and a stereo speaker upgrade to my mid-range (non-JBL) system in the current truck. I also added a brake controller with some anticipation of towing a friends boat but that never happened. My only gripe about the pickup was the stereo. I added some Infiniti Kappa 6x9s to improve that situation a bit but could never get the rattle out of the doors.

My new vehicle is going to be the 2016 TRD Off Road in Blue. I love the new color and am moving to a double cab from an access cab for the extra seating. I'm going JBL with the new system and am ensuring I get a sunroof and heated seats. I'll probably add some side rails to the new pickup, and go LEDs in the cabin. I've seen some interesting mods here on the board that I like; underseat gun safe, LED lights, Black reflective TACOMA decals and a matte black grill. I'd really like to get the all black TRD rims on before I take ownership. I may have to negotiate that but I'm not really interested in lifting or going wider with my tires. I like a good ride.

I'm up in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle) and will probably stay in a Toyota truck for life. I'm 45 years old and figure I have a few more trucks in my future.

My other toy is a 1948 Ford Tudor Resto-Mod and a stable full of motorcycles.

    Cheers!
    Sean
