Howling in the front?

Grey metallic SR 2.7 Tacoma manual trans

So I need some help I have a 2017 2.7 5speed SR and I have a howling sound from some where in the front driver side area I believe. I can hear it when the window is down and when slowing Down. Then it stops when I get close to stopping.

You can cover the holes in the lower control arms with duct tape to test if it stops the howling.
