Nothing yet... Bought it with TWO miles on it!!!
2016 TrdOR QCLB, 26k on the odometer.
Dropped my rig off at the dealer today. Rode with the service manager and was able to replicate the diff howling at 55mph, the bump sound which seems to be from the driveline, and my rear diff is seeping from the front, passenger side (about the middle of the gasket).
They will check it out, get with Toyota, and get back to me in a day or two.
Not wanting miracles performed, but looking for more confidence in the pickup.

I'll chime in once I hear something.

Ahh. Is what it is. I've been upfront with the service manager and the shop manager. Rode with both today, and they have agreed to get some type of solution. (Was also able to duplicate all three issues.)

Avondale Toyota is a heckuva lot better than Bell Rd Toyota, where I caught the service writer in a lie, caught there live tech skipping out on a job, and called them both out infrknt of the manager.

They were defended, until I played the recording of previous conversations.

Gotta love AZ and it being a one party knowledge recording state.

Why are we dropping off our tucks off at dealer before June when recall parts are ready? Isn't that how people get your truck taken away?

Don't think the Off Road is part of the leaking Recall, the fact that his is leaking is just an issue on top of the Howling.

Miles on my truck versus someone else's truck, not much difference to me.

Plus this may help since my VIN is technically not part of the recall.

Ah yes, I see he has OR. Not sure what seeping he's seeing then.

Still though, we all need to chill and pause before reacting. Feeling less sorry about people losing their trucks till the parts come in.
