I've been saving up some cash to do something with my truck...im just not sure what i want to do yet. I'm curious to know if you had the time and money to do a major hp increase on your truck, what would it be? If ya want leave a post explaining why...i just want to know the opinions of my fellow tacoma owners haha

The only mod that would really give you a major boost in horsepower is a forced induction system (turbo or supercharge)

Oh shit, I posted that before you set up the poll! You are definitely on the right track with this. The only way to gain power is the ways in your poll, not with exhausts of CAIs

haha its all good. personally if it was me, id either s/c or turbo it. turbo for the big power, but also the s/c for response. and with my little 3RZ, thats about the only way you'll make any power haha

Personally, I would supercharge mine, because I would need more power in the lower range. Turbos provide great boost but are a little more tempermental and don't quite fit the bill of what I would want

yeah, i know what ya mean. plus considering mine revs out at like 5500 rpms, itd be tough to hit full boost unless you're running a low boost setup.

If you do want a turbo I know a decently priced vendor. I know him through the car club here at school

I heard they were pretty badass. Are those the S/C that make 400+whp with the 4.0?
