    I've been running the whole HPS set up now for a year, paired with the mbrp cat back exhaust. Zero complaints. I also modified the exhaust to dump after the axle.

    It's pretty straightforward, remove factory tube/resonator- replace with new tube. The whole kit involves more, but that in itself is pretty easy too.

    Did you have to trim the HPS tube to fit? I know the CAI guys have to but I haven't heard about the stock intake people.

    I have installed the HPS tube, Green Filter, TRD Intake Flow Accelerator, and TRD Exhaust. I installed the exhaust after 500 miles on the brand new truck. Got the other pieces used off BST, and installed the tube first, then the filter, then the IFA. After each part installed I do notice a difference, though after installing the IFA the induction sound was quieter.
    I live at 7000', drive anywhere from 4000 to over 11000, so every little mod helps as every 1000' elevation change is a 3% HP change.

    Great info! I have an AFE pro dry filter and magnaflow muffler (cut in to existing pipes) now and I’ll be installing the IFA tomorrow hopefully if my dealer gets it in. I’ll be doing the intake tube next. Did the intake tube increase noise for you? I live at 4000’ and pretty much stay in that range.

    Thanks! Yes, the HPS tube allowed more induction noise and the engine does rev smoother/quicker as the intake resonator is gone and the inside of the tube is smooth; the path of least resistance.
