    What’s up guys wheel bearing is shot so I’m going to replace my whole hub assembly. What size socket do I need for nut holding down the wheel assembly?

    What year is your truck? 4×4, etc?

    This video helped me a ton when I did the bearings on my previous 4runner. I think the parts and process are nearly identical for a 2nd gen Tacoma

    35mm socket.

    He does great work and is quick. I did mine a few weeks ago, paid Wednesday evening, shipped Thursday, and had parts Saturday. Highly recommend.

    Also one tip that I struggled with is it’s much easier to press the new seal into the spindle if you just pull it off the truck. I fought it for hours on the truck tilting it out but couldn’t get the seal to go on straight. Then I took off the last 2 bolts holding the spindle on and then was able to press the seal in less than 5 min.

    My truck is 4x4. Also is it difficult to replace the hub assembly?

    The "Toyota master mechanic" is a dumb ass. He bent the shit out of the hard line and left out the O ring.
